Mardi Gras 2020 - "Knight of Momus Sail Through Scandinavia"

Mardi Gras, Galveston with all its frivolity and glitter has captured the imagination and moved the spirit of the city. Today many Krewes have joined Momus and the event is made possible by the efforts of thousands of volunteers. Young and old, visitor and native, all share in camaraderie and fun, and, for a little while, at least, the cares of the world dissolve into a magical time in a magic city.

Knights of Momus Grand Night Parade - February 22, 2020

Mardi Gras! Galveston’s largest parade will feature floats, marching bands, dignitaries, bead throwing and more.

KNIGHTS OF MOMUS GRAND NIGHT PARADE: Saturday - February 22, 2020 - 6:30pm

PARADE ROUTE: Parade starts at 6:30 at 23rd and Seawall Boulevard, turns right on 25th Street and continues to Mechanic Street. Right on Mechanic Street to 20th Street, left on 20th to The Strand. Left on Strand and end at the Railroad Museum. Further details have not yet been finalized. Check back for more information. Information will be updated as soon as possible.
